Pakistani YouTuber Ducky Bhai and Wife Released After Being Detained
Pakistani YouTuber Saad Ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, and his wife Aroob Jatoi were recently detained by the Model Town Organized Crime Unit after Aroob displayed a firearm on her Instagram account. The couple’s arrest came as displaying firearms on social media is illegal in Pakistan due to public safety concerns.
Following their detention, both Ducky Bhai and Aroob issued written apologies to the authorities, leading to their release without any formal charges. Although the couple has been released, they have not yet made any public statements about the incident.
This is not the first time the couple has made headlines, as they were previously involved in a deepfake video scandal, offering a reward for identifying the culprit. Ducky Bhai, with over eight million YouTube subscribers, remains a highly influential figure in Pakistan’s social media landscape.
